The Lockheed Martin Plant Tour will be held on Thursday, Oct. 19, 2023.
You have the option to sign up for the tour when you register for the conference. Seats are limited to the first 100 people that sign up, so you are encouraged to sign up early. All non-U.S. persons who have registered for the Plant Tour MUST present their passport on the day of the event in order to participate in tour. Sign-up deadline is noon EST on Sept. 29, 2023.

Attendance Types
- Lockheed Martin Aeronautics: Employees badged to Aeronautics
- Military: All uniformed Armed Forces personnel on active duty both domestic and foreign. Includes government civilian employees/civil servants.
- Civilian owner/operator: Civilian company that owns or operates P-3, C-130, L-100, or LM-100J aircraft
- Service Center Attendee: Employees of Lockheed Martin Authorized Service Centers
- Sponsor Attendee: Complimentary with Sponsorship (number depending on sponsorship level)
- Vendor/Other Attendee: Corporations and companies that sell or distribute aircraft parts, general supplies, MSP, and general admission attendees
Exhibitor Booths (Maximum of three per Customer)
- Premium Exhibitor Booth - 68 Total, 21 Available - $4,500 - Located in the Garden Court. 8' deep x 10' wide booth with table and 2 chairs, electrical power, and wireless Internet connection. Crate size limit to get into exhibit hall is 65" wide x 95" high.
- Standard Exhibitor Booth - 16 Total, 1 Available - $3,500 - Located in the Garden Court. 6' deep x 8' wide booth with table and 2 chairs, electrical power, and wireless Internet connection. Crate size limit to get into exhibit hall is 65" wide x 95" high.

Any exhibitor or sponsor that wishes to provide items for distribution in the attendee gift bags should advise the HOC team via email at hoc.support@lmco.com no later than July 31, 2023. Once approved for inclusion, all items must be shipped to the HOC team with delivery no later than Sept. 30, 2023.
NOTE: When paying by credit card, please ensure the following:
- Name on credit card matches
- Address used for registration matches the billing address where the statement is sent
- Type of purchase is authorized
- Purchase amount is not over preset limits

2024 Calendar Photos
As part of the 2023 HOC, operators will have a forum to share their stories about how they use C-130, L-100, P-3 and CP-140 aircraft. We want to highlight these stories through photos, videos, and words. Photos will be featured in the 2024 HOC calendar. Videos will be featured throughout the conference and written accounts will be featured on the HOC website and app. Photos must be high-resolution (>300 dpi) and include aircraft owner/operator, aircraft model/version, location photograph was taken, release of copyright, and photographer’s name and contact information. Submit all photos, videos, and stories to hoc.support@lmco.com. Deadline for photos to be considered for inclusion in the 2024 calendar is July 20, 2023.
