Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa

Ave

Ave is the primary restaurant for the Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa. Experience fresh local seafood and produce infused into coastal Mediterranean recipes. The food is delicious and the views are equally compelling. At 24 feet above sea level, Ave overlooks Seven Mile Beach, with seating indoors and on the outdoor terrace.

Avecita

This one-of-a-kind restaurant is nestled inside the main restaurant, Ave. Avecita is the resort's signature dinner-only venue, a theatrical culinary experience showcasing Spanish tapas-inspired dishes. The focus of this contemporary space is the chefs' bar where guests can see the custom tastings as they are created in front of them. Behind the bar are three communal tables where guests enjoy a tapas-style menu. An inventive beverage pairing program features rare and iconic Spanish wines along with handmade cocktails that blend in local produce. Avecita is a culinary memory a guest is sure to treasure.

Coccoloba Bar & Grill

This beachfront restaurant is a mash-up of culinary influences from the Cayman Islands and coastal Mexico. In the mood for a margarita and ceviche with a side of ocean breezes? Sip tequila and snack on the best guacamole while watching waves gently crash onto Seven Mile Beach. All-day options include dishes like ceviches, tacos, tostadas, plus creative sandwiches and salads.

Grand Old House
