Travel Information

Cayman Islands Entry Requirements

You will need a valid national passport for entry into the Cayman Islands.

For United States citizens, please visit the U.S. Department of State website for more information on how to apply or renew your U.S. passport. If you are not a U.S. citizen, please refer to your country’s passport application and renewal requirements. The process can take up to 8 weeks.

It is required that your passport be valid for six months beyond your return travel date. Depending on your country of origin, the required validity may be different. Please check your passport's expiration date.

Nationals of certain countries may also require an entry visa. Please visit the Cayman Islands Government website to determine the requirements of your specific country. This process can take up to 8 weeks, so please do this as soon as possible.

Although you may not require a visa to enter the Cayman Islands, please check to be sure you do not need a transit visa for any connecting flights through countries you might enter en route to the Cayman Islands. You will need to visit the government websites of those specific countries for information on how to apply for a transit visa. We also recommend checking the IATA travel website. Again, this process may take a while, so please check right away once you receive your air itinerary.

Air Travel

Once registration closes, ECI's travel partner, Travel Solutions International (TSI), will contact you via the email you provided in registration to assist in booking you and your guest's flights. To ensure a quick air ticketing process, please be sure the first and last names you provide in registration match what is listed on your passport.

All airline tickets are non-transferable. If there are any changes requested after flights have been ticketed, any fees incurred will be the responsibility of the attendee.

ECI has communicated the travel budget to TSI. Any additional airfare outside of the Club Trip destination, may be at your own expense.
