CGA 811 Excavation Safety Conference & Expo has been cancelled
Infrastructure Resources, LLC responds to COVID-19 scare.

Thank you for your patience awaiting our response and please be safe during this time of worldwide concern. It is with deepest regret Infrastructure Resources is announcing the cancellation of the 2020 CGA 811 Excavation Safety Conference & Expo due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Although over 800 people were still planning to attend, the safety concerns in California have now escalated to the point where we feel the safety of our attendees could be in jeopardy. Last night California Governor Gavin Newsom issued guidelines recommending the cancellation of gatherings of 250 or more people. You can read the directive here: https://www.cdph.ca.gov/Programs/CID/DCDC/CDPH%20Document%20Library/Gathering_Guidance_03.11.20.pdf

What does this mean for you?

Regardless of whether you have formally cancelled your registration and regardless of our standard cancellation policy, in light of this current situation, every person, including 8/11 registrations, who was registered to attend our 2020 event in Palm Springs on a Full Conference registration will be rolled over to Tampa event March 23-25, 2021 for a small processing fee of $150. This fee will be charged at the time you renew your registration for 2021. Please understand that this fee is intended only to help defray the expenses we have incurred on your behalf in preparation for the cancelled 2020 event. Certain incidental charges may be refunded. Be sure to reach out to your contracted hotel to cancel your reservation. Most hotels usually require cancellation within 48-72 hours before arrival, or you will be charged first night room and tax

As CGA President Sarah Magruder Lyle pointed out in her email dated 3/11/2020, our event will continue under the name Global Excavation Safety Conference.
