Conference venue
All sessions of the MORO 2020 will take place in the offices of our host company, ICMIF member LocalTapiola. Their modern and spacious headquarters are situated in the province of Espoo which is located around 20 minutes’ drive outside of Helsinki city centre where the conference hotel is located. ICMIF has arranged transportation by bus for each of the conference days and also for the evening events, from the hotel to the conference or dinner venues and return.

We have negotiated a competitive rate for MORO delegates to stay at the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel (the conference hotel). The hotel is also the location of the Welcome Reception. The hotel is located in the city centre of Helsinki with close proximity to a number of local attractions. Delegates can take a pleasant walk to the Esplanade Park or try their luck at the Grand Casino Helsinki. The ICMIF hotel rate at the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel includes breakfast, internet use, local taxes and access to sauna facilities.
All of the 302 rooms and suites of the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel guarantee a luxurious experience for guests. Each is equipped with the unique “Blu Dreams” sleeping experience which includes a plush Magic Bed intelligent bed and the classic features of Finnish design. Check-in at the hotel is from 15:00 and check-out is before 12:00. All guests arriving before 15:00 will be accommodated as soon as rooms become available.

Cancellation policy
The delegates can cancel their accommodation until the day of arrival, by 6 pm local time (Finnish time). For any cancellations made after this time, the guest will be charged of the first night stay and the rest of the reservation will be cancelled.
