Visit to Laur Olive Farms & Processors and the Septima Winery.

Founded in 1906, the Laur estate was a pioneer in the establishment of olive groves in the province of Mendoza as well as in the production of olive oil. Today its doors are open to tourism where visitors can learn the secrets of its production, its history and taste its products.

Lunch will take place in the restaurant of the Séptima Winery (seventh winery). The seventh winery of the Codorníu group is located in Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, at the foot of the Andes Mountain Range. You will visit La Plaza Independencia (Independence Square), the heart of the city of Mendoza. This is a beautiful square with pergolas, fountains, frequent artisan fairs and cultural events. Following the 1861 earthquake, the new city was rebuilt around this area.

After the tour of the city, you will enjoy lunch at the Maria Antonieta restaurant. This restaurant is the result of a lifetime of work and the sum of many experiences, opened by the wife of the renowned chef Francis Mallmann.
