2019 ICMIF Americas Annual Conference
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

The registration fees for conference participants are as follows:

Registration rate

  • ICMIF member rate = USD1075 per person
  • Non-member rate =USD 1275 per person
  • Microinsurer member rate* = USD 450 per person
  • Young Leader=USD 775 per person
  • *Microinsurer rate is subsidized for small member companies with less than USD 5 million in net written premium income per year.

    Associate members have the same rates as ICMIF member rates.

    To register for the event, please complete the online conference registration form.

    The following events and meals are included in the ICMIF/Americas Annual Conference registration fee:

    • Full participation and materials for all conference sessions with simultaneous interpretation in English and Spanish
    • Welcome Reception on Wednesday, August 21
    • Two lunches and five coffee breaks
    • Farewell Dinner and show offered by our host AACMS on Friday, August 23.

    There will be an all-day tour from 09.00 to 17.00 on Saturday, August 24, 2019. Further details in the social part of the conference website (please note that the cost of the excursion is not included in the registration fee).

    Note regarding Cancellation policy

    For cancellations received 30 days or more prior to the event, a 90% refund will be given. For cancellations received within 30 days of the event, no refund will be given.

    Note regarding VISAS

    We strongly recommend that you check whether you need a visa to travel to Argentina. You can check this here.

    If you require a letter of invitation from ICMIF to support your visa application, please confirm this when completing your conference registration form, or as soon as possible after you complete your registration to attend the Conference. Please note that ICMIF is unable to issue a letter of invitation until your registration has been received and processed.

    Letters of invitation for visa purposes will be sent to delegates as a PDF document via e-mail. PLEASE DO NOT DELAY - VISAS MAY TAKE TIME TO BE PROCESSED BY YOUR LOCAL EMBASSY OR CONSULATE.

    Dress code

    During the conference, the dress code is generally "business casual" although there will be some formal occasions when special guests are present. We suggest you bring both business casual and formal clothing. In addition, we would recommend comfortable clothing if you are planning to participate in the tour on Saturday.
