Women in Public Sector Summit Auckland 2018
 

Registration fee: $305 +GST

The registration fee is per person and includes: attendance at the Summit; lunch, morning and afternoon tea; conference pack and networking function at conclusion of Summit.

When completing the online registration form delegates will be asked to select the breakout sessions and workshop they wish to attend.

Payments & tax invoice

Delegates may pay by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard & American Express) or by direct deposit (payment instructions will be included with the tax invoice).

    • Credit Card payments are processed via our secure gateway.
    • Your credit card statement will show a debit for this registration to "Auaha Events"
    • After you submit your registration you will be emailed a registration confirmation and tax invoice.
    • All amounts are quoted and charged in NZ Dollars.

Payment is required prior to the event. If payment is being made by direct deposit, payment must be received no later than 14 days after registration is completed.

Cancellation & refund terms

Conference cancellations received prior to 25 September 2018 will receive a refund less an administration fee of ($50.00+GST) $57.50. If payment has not been made at the time of cancellation the administration fee will remain payable. No refunds will be made if cancellations are received on or after this date.

Substitutions are welcome with an additional administration fee of ($25.00+GST) $28.75, and must be notified in writing.

Any amendments, substitutions and/or cancellations must be notified in writing (email acceptable) to Auaha Group, email: wips@auaha.co.nz or PO Box 14-703, Kilbirnie, Wellington 6241. Reference ‘Women in Public Sector Summit’ in all correspondence. Any refunds will be issued post-conference.

Registrations may not be shared.

Neither the Organising Committee of Women in Public Sector Summit and its constituent members acting as organisers (known collectively as ‘the Organisers’), nor Auaha Ltd as the professional conference organiser, can accept any liability for death, injury, any loss, cost or expense suffered by any person (including accompanying persons or partners or attendant caregivers), if such loss is caused or results from the act, default or omission of any person other than an employee or agent of the Organisers or Auaha Ltd. In particular, neither the Organisers nor Auaha Ltd can accept any liability for losses arising from the provision or non-provision of services provided by hotel companies or transport operators. Nor can the Organisers or Auaha accept liability for losses suffered by reason of war including threat of war, riots and civil strife, terrorist activity, natural disasters, weather, fire, flood, drought, technical, mechanical or electrical breakdown within any premises visited by delegates and/or partners in connection with the Women in Public Sector Summit, nor losses suffered by reason of industrial disputes, governmental action, registrations or technical problems which may affect the services provided in connection with the Women in Public Sector Summit. Neither the Organisers nor Auaha Ltd is able to give any warranty that any published speaker or performer will appear as a speaker, panellist or performer. The Organisers reserve the right to alter or amend the programme and its contents as they see fit and as circumstances dictate without further recourse to any registered delegate or attendee.

Only registered delegates will be admitted to the Women in Public Sector Summit sessions. Delegate fees do not include accommodation charges. Registrations are confirmed at the time a registration is submitted and payment will become due and payable from that point. The liability of the Organisers and Auaha Ltd shall be limited to any refund due and neither shall be liable for any other loss, cost or expense, however caused, incurred or arising from cancellation. In particular, neither the Organisers nor Auaha Ltd shall be liable to refund any travel or hotel costs incurred by delegates or their organisations. Delegates and accompanying partners are advised to take out comprehensive insurance, including travel insurance.
