What is included in the registration fee? The AMCOE registration fee includes the conference admission, meeting materials and conference meals, except where noted.

Goodwill Industries International, Inc. is offering a limited number of scholarships to support conference attendance.

2. Scholarship award status for attending the AMCOE will be provided via email to all scholarship applicants no later than Friday January 19, 2018.

Note: In most cases, the scholarships will not cover the full cost of attending the conference. They are meant to offset the cost of attendance.

Substitution Policy
Substitution of registrants is permitted as long as both individuals are from the same Goodwill. To substitute your registration to another individual, please reference "Your Registration Record."

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund requests should be emailed to the GII Events and Sponsorship Team. Here is an outline detailing how cancellations will be managed.
  • Cancellations made before January 5 will be given a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between January 5 and January 31 will be given a refund, minus a $100 administrative fee.
  • Cancellations made on or after January 31 will not receive a refund.

Refund payments will not be processed until after the conference. In the event of a no show, the registrant is still responsible for payment of the registration fee and no refund will be given.
