Suitcasing
In order to protect our valued sponsors and exhibitors, and the investment they have made in participating at FRC2018, CAFC strictly prohibits solicitation, suitcasing and outboarding.  Suitcasing is a business practice in which companies will gain access to an event by obtaining some type of event credential (attendee registration, daily registration badges) and then solicit business in the aisles or other public space used for the conference.  This practice skirts the support of the organizer and the industry.  If there is someone who has obtained credentials for the sole purpose of suitcasing, they will be asked to leave the conference immediately.  Please review the suitcasing and outboarding policy.
