2020 Hypertension Virtual Symposium
 
  Learning Objectives  
  At the conclusion of the virtual symposium, the participants should be able to:
  • Appropriately prescribe ACEI/ARBS in patients at higher risk for COVID infection
  • Use new workflows and guideline for virtual/telemedicine modalities to effectively treat and diagnosis HTN
  • Increased and appropriate use of out-of-office reading for diagnosis and management of HTN
  • Utilize understanding of the major drivers of the disparity gap and provided tools to improve outcomes in Black American hypertensives
  • Appropriately prescribe anti-hypertensives in the elderly for those patients that need a more aggressive goal
