• One (1) 8 foot exhibit space* – Please note: Your display must fit in the allotted space due to strict Fire Marshal codes.

• Two (2) Chairs

All exhibit booths will be located in the Grand Ballroom, Grand Pre-Assembly and Royal Palm Pre-Assembly areas at the Boca Resort and Club, Boca Raton. You will receive correspondence with a link to choose your booth. Availability is on a first come first served basis dependent upon your sponsorship level and when your registration form was received.

Cancellation Policy
Now – June 30th, 2016: Full refund, minus a $100 administration fee
July 1st – August 15th, 2016: 50% refund
After August 15th, 2016: No Refunds
*Cancellations must be received in writing to the AADOM Registration Headquarters at
info@aadomconference.com. Membership dues are non-refundable.

Conference Attendance 
Registration is required. Independent of your payment and any forms submitted to AADOM, you must register all exhibit booth staff through the online registration process. *Please note, a fee will be charged to reprint badges onsite for booth personnel that were not originally registered for your booth.

Hotel Accommodations and Reservations 
The Boca Resort & Club is located in Boca Raton, FL. Designed by legendary architect Addison Mizner, Boca Raton Resort & Club, A Waldorf Astoria Resort has reigned as an icon of elegance for more than 80 years. Today, the resort remains faithful to its glamorous past, while radiating a vibrant energy, offering infinite amenities to every type of guest.

The group rate is $143-$203 +tax for rooms within the block and is available until August 22, 2016, or as long as rooms are still available. Shipping Information
***Please Note*** We do not recommend shipping your booth supplies directly to the Boca Resort and Club. Should you choose to do so, please note that AADOM staff and decorator will not be able to intervene with the hotel on your behalf. You will be responsible for retrieving your shipments from the business office at the Boca Resort.

We recommend utilizing the decorator services of Show Management, the contracted AADOM decorator. Please utilize the Exhibitor Packet to make all arrangements for your shipments.

Shipments should not arrive before August 17th, 2016. Storage fees will be assessed for items arriving prior to this date or stored after September 20th, 2016.
