Attend the 2017 BMT Tandem Meetings Virtually!
Monday, February 20th - Last Day to Register for the Live Stream Sessions
If you can’t get away to the 2017 BMT Tandem Meetings in Orlando this year - but don’t want to miss out on things your colleagues are sharing, there is now a way to participate VIRTUALLY.
For the very first time, you can actively participate in several of the sessions right from your computer – without traveling to Orlando, FL.
Second Life is an on-line virtual world where people are represented by characters (avatars) that interact with each other and the environment of the virtual world. You will see what the in-person Tandem attendees are seeing and hear what they hear in real time. Best of all, you can interact, ask questions and get answers – just as you would if attending in person.
Participants will have access to presentation slides and live audio, including an interactive chat platform for question and answer through session moderators. Plenary sessions and select concurrent sessions and symposia are included in the offering.
CME: Best of all, just like attendees, you can earn the same valuable CME. CME Credit can be earned for attending the Live Stream Sessions. Evaluation forms will be available on the 2017 BMT Tandem Meetings Home Page to record the number of credits earned. The CME Certificate, indicating sessions attended through the live steam portal and credits earned, will be available for download through the online evaluation system, only once the evaluation forms have been completed. Further detail regarding the online Evaluation System and CME Credits will be distributed during the week of the BMT Tandem Meetings.
COST:
ASBMT or CIBMTR Members:
$35 per session
$170 for full program
Non-Members
$60 per session
$250 for full program
NOTE: This is not a webinar and sessions will not be recorded. These are strictly streaming events that must be attended during the dates/times specified.
