Discounted Airport Shuttle Service

Discounted transportation fares, through Mears Transportation, are offered to the 2017 BMT Tandem Meeting attendees. 

Click here to book transportation between the airport and your hotel - or go directly to the airport shuttle desk when you arrive and provide a copy of the printed 2017 BMT Meetings Attendees-Only coupon (available by clicking on the Mears logo below). 

Reservations to return to the airport are required and can be made by calling the Mears Transportation 24 hr. customer service department at 855-463-2776 at least 24 hours prior to the departure time. The Gaylord Palms is the last stop on the return so you will go straight from the hotel to the airport without the need to stop at other resorts.

ADVANTAGE RENT A CAR
The 2017 BMT Tandem Meetings have partnered with Advantage Rent A Car to provide a 10% discount to our attendees. Advantage has also agreed to waive the 2nd Driver fee (a savings of an additional $13/per day.) The discount rate will remain available from February 15th through March 1st.
