Delta and United Airlines are the official carriers of the SBL & AAR Annual Meetings and Avis is the preferred rental car supplier. For the benefit of our conference attendees, a discount is available and is valid a few days before and after the Annual Meeting ends, depending on carrier. To take advantage of these special discounted fares, you can call or make reservations directly through their respective websites listed below. Discounts do not apply to certain restricted fares and exclude sale fare inventories.

Airport Transfers – San Antonio International Airport (SAT)
Metro Bus
Metro bus service is
available to go downtown, but your hotel might not be along the direct route.
Many passengers may have to walk up to a mile after riding the bus. Passengers

Taxis
Taxi cabs are
available at the lower level curbside, outside of baggage claim, at Terminal A
and B. Fares to downtown start at $29, plus tip. More information, including

Shared-Ride Vans
SBL and AAR are partnering with GO Airport
Shuttle this year. Shared shuttle service is available 7 am–1:30 am daily. They
are offering a discount price of $17 per one way trip or $30 per roundtrip. For
questions only, you may call 210-281-9900. The discount is only available
online or by reserving in person at the SAT airport upon arrival. Reservations
can only be made starting in July 2016.

Parking at the San Antonio Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center
