Registration deadlines are in effect through the end of the day (11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time). After this day they will increase an additional $50 so please make sure to register before the deadline date.
*Student rates are available to SBL and AAR student members only.
**Accompanying person rate is for spouses, partners, and family members only; it is not valid for colleagues.
Housing Information

ANNUAL MEETING HOUSING CLOSING OCTOBER 24TH
Annual Meeting Housing has closed. If you need to make any changes to your current reservation, please contact the hotel property directly.
Changes/Modifications
Registration Modifications: To update your contact information click on the registration modification link found in your confirmation email. If you would like to add workshops, tours or an accompanying person, please contact the SBL/AAR Registration Bureau for assistance. Any changes to your accompanying person's organization will also have to be made through the SBL/AAR Registration Bureau directly.
Housing Modifications: Click on the housing modification link located in your confirmation email to make changes to your existing hotel reservation or to add a hotel booking. For any other accommodation questions, changes and cancellations, please contact the SBL/AAR Housing Bureau directly. SBL/AAR housing closes on October 24, 2016. Any cancellations or changes after October 24 must be received in writing (email) by November 7 in order to avoid cancellation fees.
