Cancellation Policy

Le cancellazioni devono essere presentate scrivendo all'indirizzo di posta registration@sio2016roma.eu)

• Rimborso totale per le cancellazioni ricevute entro il 25/02/2016, meno € 50,00 per le spese di gestione
• Il 50% della quota totale sarà rimborsato per cancellazioni ricevute prima del 25/03/2016
• Dopo le date sopra menzionate, l'iscrizione non potrà essere rimborsata

I rimborsi approvati saranno effettuati 90 giorni dopo la fine del congresso.
