What are the fees to attend the NISBRE Conference?

    • Rates after April 29th :
      • $425: Faculty
      • $275: Students/Staff

    Cancellation and Refund Policy

    Cancellations must be made in writing to Heiata Chapman (email is acceptable): HCHAPMAN@kumc.edu

    Full refunds, (less the PayPal fees) will be issued up to and including May 15, 2016, if a medical or family emergency exists. A service charge of $75 will be applied for all cancellations received between May 15th and June 15th. After June 15th no refunds will be issued.


    Substitutions

    Participants unable to attend may transfer their registration to another individual with prior notice to Mark Allen: mallen@helmsbriscoe.com.

    Travel options from airport – rental car, main line (stops) and taxi/uber:
    Ways to travel to hotel- The hotel does not provide shuttle service. There is a metro stop at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. The hotel is located .1 miles off of the Woodley Park-Zoo/Adams Morgan (Red line) stop with an estimated cost of $1.70 (one-way). Taxi service is also available at the approximate costs of: $30 (one way) from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, $60 (one way) from Washington Dulles International Airport and $88 (one way) from Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshal Airport.
