Registration
Confirmation Confirmations will be sent via email, if you did not receive your confirmation please email HIMSS Middle East
Customer Service at CustomerService@himssME.org.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation submitted by 7 November 2015 - 375.00 AED administrative fee.
Cancellation received after 7 November 2015 - 100% of the registration fee will
be forfeited.
If you cancel and are entitled to a refund, expect a refund within 30 days post
conference. Refunds are based strictly on registration only. No refunds for
optional events or education will be given. Registrants unable to attend may
send a substitute. If substitute is not a member, the non-member fee will
apply.
This must be made in writing to HIMSS Middle East Customer Service at CustomerService@himssME.org.
Payment
Our online registration site is a secured site. Major credit cards such as VISA
and MasterCard are accepted.
Wire transfers may also be made by registering online, selecting the wire
transfer payment option and sending the payment by 1 December 2015 to:

Registrations will be held as
pending until the payment is received (if any).
Security
For security reasons, registrants will be issued a badge onsite which are
required to be worn at all times during the conference and any organised
functions. Badge swapping is strictly not allowed. Anyone found wearing a badge
that does not match their identification will be evicted from the conference
with no refund.
The organisers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any programmes and to
close registrations when programmes are sold out. For these reasons, registrants
are advised against purchasing non-refundable airline tickets.
Should HIMSS UAE eHealth Week 2015 be
cancelled, your registration fee will not be refunded, but will automatically
be applied to the next event.
