Session 1: The buyer´s perspective on traveller engagement
Hear the perspective from a few corporate travel buyers on how they communicate with their travellers. Through some case study presentations you will learn how Travel Managers have set up and implemented a communication plan or social media strategy. How have they integrated multigenerational communication and social media in their travel program, and how to get the right buy in and support. But also the challenges and hurdles they encounter. After the presentations there will be a Q&A session with the presenters.

Session 2: Round table discussions
In round table discussions the delegates will discuss several topics like how to set up and communicate messages to a certain target groups, should Travel Managers be trained on modern ways of communicating and how can Travel Managers use multimedia channels for advertising their programs internally. Do we know what all the different generations want and how can we learn from this to look at things from a different angle? And how can we build on the different ways to communicate. The questions and issues that are identified in this session will be addressed and discussed by the panel of Session 4.

Session 3: Security & Compliance – keeping your travellers safe & secure
Travel Managers are facing an increase of compliancy and security issues. Recent studies showed that 54% of travellers claim they can find better fares themselves through a web search, and 43% of all travellers <35 travels out of policy. How to influence your travellers in such a way that you secure policy compliance and avoid security issues through effective communications, targeted at the different generations. How to ensure that you can track & trace your travellers, and reach them at any time. How to ensure that you reach your travellers in case of an emergency at any time, which is crucial with the ongoing threat of terrorism. Can security help achieving this? Should Travel Managers set up stricter compliance and security rules because of this?
