Session 3: Security & Compliance – keeping your travellers safe & secure
Travel Managers are facing an increase of compliancy and security issues. Recent studies showed that 54% of travellers claim they can find better fares themselves through a web search, and 43% of all travellers <35 travels out of policy. How to influence your travellers in such a way that you secure policy compliance and avoid security issues through effective communications, targeted at the different generations. How to ensure that you can track & trace your travellers, and reach them at any time. How to ensure that you reach your travellers in case of an emergency at any time, which is crucial with the ongoing threat of terrorism. Can security help achieving this? Should Travel Managers set up stricter compliance and security rules because of this?
