In an effort to support your Association, the Canadian Association of Fire Chiefs, to demonstrate effective practices in room block management and to keep registration fees lower, save $100 on your registration fee by staying within the official Fire-Rescue Canada housing block.

The deadline to book a hotel reservation is August 17, 2015. Attendees that have not booked a hotel room in the official Fire-Rescue Canada housing block by August 17, 2015 will be charged an additional $100 registration fee on August 18, 2015. If attendees book housing in the official Fire-Rescue Canada housing block and later cancel their reservation, the additional $100 registration fee will be automatically charged. A credit card is required to guarantee all hotel reservations.

Reservations are dealt with on a first come, first serve basis. The hotel will do its best to accommodate your room category request. Should rooms become unavailable, you will be placed into the nearest overflow hotel. CAFC will inform you of this should this occur.
