To submit an abstract:
- Go to the Submission page
- Click “add new”
You may also view and edit your abstract here.
IMPORTANT
- To ensure data is saved, avoid clicking on the "Back" or "Forward" buttons of your browser during the submission process.
- Save periodically with "Save & Continue Later" button to avoid time-out.
Submission Deadline
All abstracts must be officially submitted (click on Save & submit) by Thursday, October 16, 2025, by 11:59PM PT.
To officially submit your abstract, click on "Save & Submit". Once officially submitted, abstracts can no longer be edited.
Acceptance
Notice of acceptance of abstracts will be sent by Monday, December 15, 2025.
Invited Faculty?
To submit your biography and photo and to update your contact details:
- Go to My Profile.
- Update and save.
NOTE: we will pull from this information for the mobile app during the WPC 2026.
To enter the required abstract(s) for your invited talks:
- Go to the Submission page
- Click on the corresponding title or ID#
- Update and complete
To submit an additional abstract (unrelated to your invited talk) as part of the public Call for Abstracts:
- Go to the Submission page
- Click on the “add new” link
