Welcome to the final paper submission form for the
39th Electric Vehicle Symposium and Exhibition (EVS39)
taking place from 21 to 24 June 2026 at the Convention Center in Long Beach, California
To submit your final paper:
1- Login with your email and password
2- Go to the Submissions tab and select the presentation title
3- Scroll down to the "Final Paper Upload" section and upload your final paper.
4- Enter the five (5) requested keywords.
5- Use the "Save & Submit" button to finalize the upload.
Please note that the submission status will show again as "complete" once the above steps are completed.
You will receive a message to confirm the upload.
DEADLINE: The deadline for upload of final papers is Friday, March 6, 2026.
