Abstract Submission


Below, please find the basic steps for submitting an abstract. Please also refer to the FAQs, found in the navigation tabs.

  1. Create your abstract using the official abstract template, provided as an attachment in Word, carefully following the template formatting guidelines.
  2. Go to the Submission tab and click “add new” to create your online abstract file. Enter all required fields.
  3. Upload your formatted abstract file in PDF format.
  4. Verify all details, then "save & submit". An official confirmation will be emailed immediately after submission.


Submission Deadline: Your abstract must be officially submitted (click on Save & Submit) by Tuesday, October 14, 2025, 11:59PM ET (UTC-5).


Acceptance: Notice of acceptance will be sent by Wednesday, December 3, 2025. Your notification will indicate the type of presentation (i.e. lecture or dialogue), as assigned by EVS39 organizers.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To ensure data is saved:
  • Avoid clicking on the 'Back' or 'Forward' buttons of your browser during the submission process.
  • Save periodically with 'Save & Continue Later' to avoid time-out.
