Guidelines for Submissions
- Originality Requirement: Research track submissions must be unpublished and not accepted for publication in any journal or outlet.
- Placement: The conference committee will assign accepted papers to the appropriate research track based on the primary topic. Papers spanning multiple topics may be placed in a cross-disciplinary session.
- Formatting: Submissions must follow The Journal of Business Logistics style and formatting guidelines.
- Review Process: All submissions undergo a double-blind review. The first page should include only the manuscript title. The second page should repeat the title, followed by the abstract, body, and visuals. Author profiles will be hidden during the review process.
- Revisions & Proceedings: Authors of accepted submissions must revise their work based on reviewer feedback before presentation and publication. Non-award winners may opt to publish an abbreviated version in the conference proceedings.
- Presentation & Registration: Each accepted paper must be presented at the Academic Research Symposium. All presenting authors must register for the event. Decision notifications will be sent on July 1, 2025.
- Additional Support: For publishing guidance, refer to The Journal of Business Logistics.
