Submission Instructions

Once you have created an account, the following screens will walk you through submitting all of the necessary information. Please complete your submission no later than Monday, December 04, 2023. Please save your work often by scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking "Save".


Confirmation of Receipt

After clicking Save and Submit, you will see a confirmation of your submission as well as receive a confirmation email.

Before you start, please:

  • Be ready to provide all Presentation content information
  • Be ready to provide complete contact information for all speakers (The call for presentations has a max of 2 speakers per session. If you wish to have more than 2 speakers, please complete your submission and then reply all within your confirmation email to request approval and provide the required information and documentation for the additional speaker(s).)
  • Be ready to provide a current CV/Resume, bio and photo/headshot for all speakers (These items are required for CE compliance and must be uploaded via file)
