Garden Route Tour

Day One

Depart Cape Town and travel through the scenic wonders of the Overberg via swellendam on arrival in Mossel bay guide will purchase fresh fish from the Harbour for dinner. Clients have option to join guide and take in the historical sights of Mossel Bay. Finish day at Accommodation where guide to prepare Fish braai (BBQ) for clients. Time permitting walk on beach and swim in the sea. Seasonal Whale & Dolphin watching. (Land based)

Day Two

Morning breakfast served by guide and option for walk on beach and swim in the sea with seasonal whale & dolphin watching (Land based). After breakfast we head north up the Garden route via Wilderness & Knysna to Plettenberg bay for and Ocean Safari (Clients Account). Optional add ons Canopy tour, bungee jump or short hike to Storms river mouth and a scenic drive through Natures Valley. Return to the lodge after a full days activities with time permitting walk on the beach and swim in the sea. Tonight your guide will prepare a traditional Braai for you (BBQ)

Day Three

Morning breakfast served by guide. Today is and optional day where you can relax at the beach, Canoe and Hike in Wilderness nature reserve – try your hand at fishing. Alternatively take a trip to seal island or be daring and go Great white shark diving.

Day Four

Morning breakfast served by guide. After breakfast we travel to Oudtshoorn for Cango Caves and Ostrich Farm tour. After these tours we start heading back to Cape Town via Route 62 “the longest wine route” stopping for late lunch and optional wine and port tasting en route via Calitzdorp, Montague & Robertson.

Estimated arrival back in Cape Town will be in the late afternoon

 

Lodge is situated 800 m from the beach between George and Mossel bay in the town of Little Brak.

Lodge has 4 en suite large rooms, with overhead fans and direct walking access to the beach


Cederburg Tour

Hiking and swimming 


Day 1

Depart Cape Town and travel north along our west coast in the via Malmesbury ,Moorreesburg and on to Citrusdal. Optional light lunch and last option for last amenities before we travel into the Cedarburg over the pass. On arrival at Sandrift check in with booking formalities and permit collections. Time permitting we can have a wine tasting at the Cedarburg wine cellar 
As Sandrift have no restaurants we cater for the duration of the tour. 
Tonight we have a traditional braai (BBQ)

Day 2

Early morning start. As today we hike up the the cracks and onto the Arch. Today’s hike starts with a  steep gradiant and scrambling over rocks. 1-2 hours hike to the Arch. Lunch at the arch before we return back the same route. Arriving in the early afternoon in time for a swim in the river or in the Malgat pools.
This evening we will have a chicken BBQ.

Day 3

Short drive to the parking area to Maltese Cross. This is a half day hike with a straight gradient up and down.On return we have a light lunch and pack up for our return trip to Cape Town arriving in the early evening 




Krugern National Park

Day One

Depart from Gauteng area with your qualified guide, travelling North East, enjoying a traditional lunch stop en-route. After lunch, we travel to Blyde River Dam , which is surrounded by the third largest canyon in the world. The day ends at the forest camp of Moholoholo Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre. After settling in, refreshments are served on the verandah, giving you a chance to spot the rare bush pig. A hearty African dinner is prepared for tonight followed by an informative wildlife spotting night drive.

Day Two

An early start allows for a private tour of the Moholoholo Rehabilitation Centre. After a cooked breakfast, we depart for the famous Kruger National Park, where the rest of the day is spent game viewing. A night drive is planned for the evening where elusive game can be spotted. A traditional BBQ (Braai) is prepared for dinner while listening to the night bush sounds. 

Day Three

We begin the day with another exciting game viewing drive, stopping for a bush breakfast. We will arrive back at the camp for you to enjoy lunch and a leisurely afternoon, before departing for a short evening game drive with sundowners and snacks. On return we will prepare a traditional South African meal. An early start allows for a private tour of the Moholoholo Rehabilitation Centre. After a cooked breakfast, we depart for the famous Kruger National Park, where the rest of the day is spent game viewing. A night drive is planned for the evening where elusive game can be spotted. A traditional BBQ (Braai) is prepared for dinner while listening to the night bush sounds.

Day Four

Unfortunately we head back to the city today, but, travel via the ‘Panoramic route’. This includes visiting Bourkes Luck Potholes, Gods Window, Pilgrims Rest and Blyde River Canyon which is viewed from a height of 700m and ranks as one of the scenic wonders of Africa. Stopping for lunch en route, approximate arrival in Gauteng will be in the early evening.
