For booths in the Exhibit Hall:

Exhibits are to be set up on Monday, June 11, from 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM and taken down on Thursday, June 14 between 4:00 and 5:00 PM
Location: Turtle/Bear Ballrooms
Hours will be 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Tuesday through Thursday
SAIGE Exhibits Coordinator Phil Hamel may be reached at phil.hamel@saige.org if you have questions about your space or electrical needs. Additionally, he will provide you with a password that you will need to register regardless of your payment option. Alternately, you may contact Duane Matt at dmatt@saige.org for assistance. The Radisson Banquet Department will collect all boxes with "SAIGE" visible on them and will place them in the Exhibit Hall.  Exhibitors should make their own arrangements for FedEx, UPS, etc. to pick up their items after the event. All outgoing freight must have completed return packaging slips on them. 


PLEASE NOTE: If you are a Native Artist or Vendor, different guidelines apply. Contact Danny Garceau at danny.garceau@saige.org and he will send you an Application. 

NOTE: The registration of your booth or your personal event registration here does not include your Hotel Reservation. Go to the Hotel Information page to find out how to do this. You must reserve your room by May 18 and reference SAIGE in order to get the group rate.
