ARIA Hotel Reservations
 
The ARIA & Vdara hotels were SOLD OUT. Attendees could make reservations at one of the nearby properties. Any rooms booked directly with these hotels were at the hotel's prevailing rate, the ASF did not have an overflow block at these hotels. The hotels are listed in order of proximity to ARIA.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

All reservations within the ASF room block (including the special rated room block ($189/$159 per night) and the discounted room block ($199/$169 per night) were charged a non-refundable one-night deposit, equal to one night’s room/suite rate plus tax, at the time the reservation was made. Reservations that were cancelled did not receive a refund of the deposit.

Name changes could be made at any time prior to check-in, provided the arrival and departure dates of the original reservation remain the same. Name changes were also permissible if the reservation was extended, based on availability. 
 
Changes to credit card information could not be made online. 
 
Guests must check in by 11:59 PM on the scheduled date of arrival. If a guest did not check in by that time, the entire reservation was cancelled and the deposit was not refunded. Guests wishing to stay for the remaining nights of their initial reservation needed to make a new reservation directly with ARIA at the prevailing rate, subject to availability.
 
Daily Resort Fee
 
A daily resort fee of $22.40 (includes applicable tax) was added to all room reservations upon check-in and included the following hotel services: Access to the Fitness Center at The Spa & Salon at ARIA, In-Room Wired and Wireless Internet Access, Wireless Internet Access throughout the ARIA campus, In-Room Local and Toll-Free Telephone Calls, Daily Newspaper at Elements (with last name and room number), and Airline Boarding Pass Printing (at the Business Services Center, Concierge Desk or Internet Kiosk.
 
Check-In/Check Out

Guests may check in at any time based on room availability when they arrived. Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
 
Tax
 
12% Room Tax per night (subject to change).
