IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL REGISTRANTS:
The 35th ATSNJ Annual Conference and Business Meeting is a two (2) step registration process. Please follow the instructions below to sign up for the all virtual conference:
1- Please use this site to register for the conference. After completing the registration process, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.
2- Open the confirmation email and register using the zoom links provided in the confirmation email.

All pre-registrations and late registrations must be done online. Pre-registration ends on 2/22/2021 at midnight and late registration ends on 2/26/2021 at midnight. All registration for the conference will officially close on 2/26/2021 at midnight.
• If you are paying by credit card, please fill this out as you normally would.
• If you are paying by Check, please choose that option under the payment option. Checks must be postmarked by 2/13/2021 and received by 2/17/2021 to receive pre-registration rates and CEU's.
• If you need a paper registration form for your employer, please use this downloadable form. You still need to use the online registration form below as well in this case to update our database.

Certified Non-NATA/ATSNJ Member - $85 pre-registration/$100 late registration
Athletic Training Student Program: Sunday, February 28, 2021
NATA/ATSNJ Student Member (full-time only with ID) - $20 pre-registration/$30 late registration
Non-NATA/ATSNJ Student Member (full-time only with ID) - $30 pre-registration/$35 late registration
Professionals who are part-time students are excluded from the student fee.
