Dr. Christopher Bonn is an accomplished educational leader, motivational speaker, published author, and executive coach with over 35 years of experience in public education. He has served as superintendent, principal, special education teacher, adjunct professor, and consultant, earning a reputation for transforming struggling schools and strengthening organizational effectiveness.
Specializing in Tribal and Rural School Districts, Dr. Bonn has worked extensively with BIE Tribally Controlled Schools and is a Tribal Adjudication Certified Professional. He is frequently called upon to assist schools with Continuous School Improvement Plans, One Plan compliance, and Cognia Accreditation, guiding leadership teams to improve student achievement while building long-term organizational efficiency.
An international keynote speaker and trainer, Dr. Bonn is also bilingual and a leading innovator in AI-powered EdTech, contributing to product development in Special Education and English Language Acquisition. In addition, he is the author of more than four best-selling books on leadership, motivation, and organizational change. His current work focuses on helping schools overcome academic and financial sanctions while providing executive and leadership coaching, HR support, and turnaround strategies.

Mateo Moreno has used AAC since the age of 4 and currently uses a Saltillo NovaChat 8 with Wordpower 108 as his primary AAC. Today, he's a confident young adult eager to talk with new people and spread awareness about AAC, disability and inclusion. He enjoys talking with families and professionals about his experiences. He recently presented internationally at the Communication Matters conference in Leeds, England. He presents nationally at conferences, school districts and universities to share his AAC journey, recommendations for communication partners, his pet peeves and what it's like being the only AAC user in the room. He’s visited classrooms to present to over 2,500 students ranging from kindergarten to 6th grade to talk openly about AAC, disability, inclusion and just plain kindness! In addition to presenting, Mateo enjoys mentoring learners to promote communication and help build the confidence of children, adolescents and young adults. He worked as an AAC mentor at Talking with Technology Camp and Camp ALEC, both in in Empire, CO. Mateo is a member of the U.S. Society for Augmentative and Alternative Communication. He serves on the AAC Awareness Committee and is an active participant in the organization’s Speaker Connection. He’s a PRC-Saltillo Ambassador and Mentor.
