How do I register?

There is ONE registration link for all virtual and in-person contest participants, evaluators and room hosts!
EVERYONE should register: attendees, evaluators, room hosts, family members who are observing, young siblings, volunteer staff —anyone who is attending State Field Day Virtually or In-Person!

Important: If you are participating in Virtual Presentation Contest, you must also register your presentation for a time slot. Jump to virtual presentation time slot.

How much does it cost to participate?

4-H Members participating in State Field Day contests must register for $10 for virtual contest or $15 for in-person contests. 4-H members may sign up for as many contests as they plan to participate in for the one fee.

Why? The fee will help cover the costs of this event, such as facilities, certificates, pins, awards, supplies, printing, lunch, etc. Any member who is unable to pay the entry free may turn in a Request for Fee Waiver Form before registering for the event.

Is lunch included with registration this year?

Lunch is preorder only within registration. If you are not interested in the box lunch please feel free to bring your own lunch from home.

Lunch prices are as follows: 

• Adult Spectators: $22
• Youth Spectators and Primary Participants: $10
• Youth Contest Participants: Included in $15 registration fees
• State Field Day event volunteers and evaluators: complimentary 

Lunches must be pre-ordered in advance and will not be available for purchase onsite. 

Every box lunch will comes with:

• Your choice below of sandwich or salad
  • Ham & Swiss Sandwich  
  • Roast Beef & Cheddar Sandwich  
  • Turkey Havarti Sandwich
  • Vegan Catalan Sandwich (Vegan and Vegetarian) 
  • Chicken, Apple, Walnut Salad (Gluten Free) 
• chips
• cookie or fruit (Vegan Catalan Sandwhich and Salad)
• bottle of water

Food trucks will NOT be available and the ASUCD Coffee House will be closed at State Field Day 2026, this is the only onsite food option. 

Can I update my registration with more contests later?

After you submit your registration you will receive a confirmation email with your reference number and email that you will need to log in to your registration record in order to make changes or register for more contests. You can make changes to your registration up until the registration deadline - 11:59 PM on May 1, 2026.
