Parking at UC Davis

Vehicles may not park on central campus (and are subject to be towed). All Attendees should park at the Quad Parking Structure or Lot 10 and walk to Wellman Hall or Olsen Hall. Parking is free, and no permit is required this year

If you have any questions or issues regarding your purchase, contact Transportation Services at 530-752-8277.  Please note permits are not valid in restricted spaces (Exempt, UC Drive, 70-minute spaces, etc).

State Field Day Check in

Review the following steps for a smooth State Field Day check in experience for 2026

  1. Make sure everyone attending State Field Day with you is registered on the State Field Day Registration Form
  2. Arrive to UC Davis Campus 
    1. Park in the Quad Parking Structure 
    2. Park in Lot 10 
  3. Walk from your car or drop off location to one of the two check in points
    1. The Lawn in front of Wellman hall, for most contests 
    2. the entrance of Olson Hall, for those participating in Fashion Revue
  4. Have your State Field Day Arrival and Check -in email (will be sent prior to the event) printed out or open on your phone in the email or screenshot
  5. Go to a check in booth at Olson Hall OR Wellman Hall 
  6. Volunteers will be using bar code scanners to scan in the bar codes of everyone in your group
  7. When you are scanned in you will receive a wrist band color coordinated to your lunch order.
  8. You are good to go enjoy State Field Day!
