How much is registration for ASPIRE24? 

Registration fees for the main conference are as follows:

• Early Bird Pricing - $849 (April 30- June 30)
• Normal Pricing - $999 (July 1-  September 15) 
• Last Chance Pricing - $1,250 (September 16 and on)
• Group Pricing - $799 (Three or more attendees)

Where can I find my registration information?

You can find your registration record, reference number and further details in your registration confirmation email. Please contact Haley Roberts at hroberts@aais.com if you have any questions. 

Can I register my entire group at once and is there a discount? 

Sure! After you've registered the first guest, follow the prompts to register your additional attendees. The first two attendees will pay full price, and all additional registrants in your group will receive a discounted rate of $799.

How do I get a receipt? 

Simply access your reservation record (via your confirmation email) to retrieve & print your receipt. 

I need to cancel my reservation. What is your refund policy? 

Full refunds are available until July 31 at 11:59 pm CDT. Partial refunds (half of registration cost) are available until August 30 at 11:59 pm CDT. Please contact marketing@aais.com with any questions. 

What accessibility options do you provide?
