How much is registration for ASPIRE24? 

Registration fees for the main conference are as follows:

• Early Bird Pricing - $849 (April 30- June 30)
• Normal Pricing - $999 (July 1-  September 15) 
• Last Chance Pricing - $1,250 (September 16 and on)
• Group Pricing 
  • The first two attendees pay full price and every additional attendee is $799 (April 30- September 15)
  • The first two attendees pay full price and every additional attendee is $1,125 (September 16 and on)

Where can I find my registration information?

You can find your registration record, reference number and further details in your registration confirmation email. Please contact Haley Roberts at hroberts@aais.com if you have any questions. 

Can I register my entire group at once and is there a discount? 

Sure! After you've registered the first guest, follow the prompts to register your additional attendees. From now until September 15th, the first two attendees will pay full price ($999), and all additional registrants in your group will receive a discounted rate of $799. After September 15th, the first two attendees will pay full price ($1,250), and all additional registrants in your group will receive a discounted rate of $1,125.

How do I get a receipt? 

Simply access your reservation record (via your confirmation email) to retrieve & print your receipt. 

I need to cancel my reservation. What is your refund policy? 

Full refunds are available until July 31 at 11:59 pm CDT. Partial refunds (half of registration cost) are available until August 30 at 11:59 pm CDT. Please contact marketing@aais.com with any questions.
