Cancellation Policy: A full refund less a $30 administrative fee can be requested up to 30 days prior to the event start date. Requests for refunds must be made in writing and e-mailed to support@medscapelive.com prior to 11:50 PM CT on August 7, 2024. Registrations that are cancelled within 29 days of the event are not eligible for refunds. After the refund deadline date, you may transfer your registration to a colleague.

Requests to transfer registration to someone else must be made in writing and e-mailed to support@medscapelive.com prior to 11:59 PM CT on September 6, 2024.

Discounted Off-Site Parking Available: $18/day (select this prepaid option during registration process, validations will be handed onsite.)

Virtual registration fee includes: The complete virtual conference center with access to all live streamed sessions, virtual poster hall, virtual exhibit hall, digital conference materials, virtual networking forum, and on-demand content available on 11/16/2021.
