Registration will include access to sessions Tuesday, May 20 - Friday, May 23 as well as light breakfast, lunch and breaks on those days.

Refunds
By registering for the 11th International γδ T Cell Conference, attendees agree to pay the full amount of the registration fee that they select. To cancel your booking, an email to rabab@gemstone-events.com requesting a refund of the registration fee must be received by March 15, 2025. A $60 non-refundable processing fee will be deducted from the refund. After March 15, 2025 no refunds can be issued.
Invitation Letters
We encourage attendees to request travel Visa's as required well in advance of the Conference.
Letters of invitation will only be provided once you have registered and paid in full. Reimbursements can be made at the discrepency of the Organizing Committee if Visas are not obtained in time for travel.
