What type of Meetings Do You Support?

We support multi-day conferences, leadership programs, symposia, off-site training sessions and other corporate meetings. While our primary responsibility is to assist SCPMG with all of their meeting needs, we also assist with National symposia and other contracted Health Plan events.

We are a team of strategic meeting professionals with extensive experience in the events industry. We are committed to bringing high quality live and virtual events in the most efficient and cost-effective manner for SCPMG and other Kaiser Permanente entities. As an internal department, we understand the culture of Kaiser Permanente and are ready to partner with you to deliver all your event and meeting needs. 

We plan successful meetings and events utilizing a variety of venues, including hotels, convention centers, and specialty venues. We can also produce virtual and hybrid events to meet your needs. 

How Much Lead Time Do You Need to Plan an Event?

The lead time we require typically depends on the complexity of your meeting requirements. Some meetings may require as little as 6 months lead time while others require 12 - 18 months advance planning.

CME

How Do I Get a Copy of My CME Transcript?

If you are a SCPMG physician, you can retrieve your CME transcript via the SCPMG Physician portal.  Please allow up to 30 days for your credits to be posted to the portal.

How Do I Get Copies of My Certificate?
