About the DEI Summit

Our DEI Summit brings employers and career services offices together to disuss ways to ensure recruiting and student engagement is inclusive and equitable. Content in this half-day virtual event includes an industry-leading DEI expert, a panel of experienced career center representatives, and an interactive sharing session. Attendees will walk away with:

• Tips for ensuring recruiting, hiring and student engagement is engaging and equitable
• Resources to help examine individual bias
• Ideas for schools and employers to partner to address equitable recruiting
• Best practices for recruiting events and ensuring cultural fit
• A deeper understanding of what other schools and employers are doing to learn and grow in this space
