Registration Information

The HUG Conference registration includes your entire conference experience.

YOUR FULL CONFERENCE PROGRAM $2,000

All General, Workshop, Roundtable sessions and support materials
Three (3) nights hotel stay (room and tax)
All conference meals and networking social events
Your choice of one networking outing on Monday (5/6)
Transportation to/from the Washington Dulles (IAD) airport on Sunday (5/5), and return Wednesday (5/8)
Optional Golf or Tennis Sunday (5/5)
Optional Hughes Factor Tour Wednesday (5/8)

The conference fee is due in full at the time of registration and does not include: guest fees, extended pre/post nights, incidentals, or gratuities.

GUEST PROGRAM $300

Bring a guest with you to share the HUG experience
(age 18 or older).

Guest package includes:

Double occupancy
(share accommodations with primary registered attendee)

Extend Your Stay

ARRIVE EARLY / STAY LONGER

Enjoy a special rate for HUG Conference attendees who wish to stay before and/or after the event (checking in before Sunday and checking out after Wednesday). Stay at the award-winning Lansdowne Conference Center (details here) for up to three (3) nights before and/or after the HUG Conference dates of May 5-8, 2024, at the conference rate of $351+ for single occupancy (or double with guest package).

The option to extend is first-come, first served, and based on hotel availability. An extension of your stay is in addition to your HUG Conference fees. Any charges you incur will be your responsibility upon checkout.

Meals and excursions will also be your responsibility. Please consult concierge services for assistance. FREE with your HUG Conference Registration / $150 for Guests.
Join your peers on the greens of the unique golf courses at the Lansdowne Conference Center.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel by April 1, 2024: 100% Refund
Cancel April 2-19, 2024: 50% Refund
Cancel after April 20, 2024: No Refund
