Please make your travel plans to arrive at the hotel by 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 28 in to time to register prior to the Welcome Reception that evening. The Meeting will conclude at 10:30AM on Wednesday, May 1, please plan your departure after this time.

Attendees are responsible for their own air transportation to and from the airport. To allow you to secure the best rates available, you are encouraged to work with your preferred travel provider as soon as possible. The closest major airport is Louisville International Airport. Ground Transportation
Taxi service is available at the curbside outside the Baggage Claim Level. For more information, contact zTrip at (502) 777-7777. Guests departing the Airport using a Lyft or Uber can be picked up by the service provider at Baggage Claim, on the west side of the terminal.
Guests departing the Airport using a Lyft or Uber can be picked up by the service provider at Red Baggage Claim, Blue Baggage Claim or the Remote Curbside at the Rental Car Center. Fees fluctuate with time of day and demand.
To enhance the networking experience, M3 recommends sharing ground transport with other attendees to the property. This is a great time to connect with each other.
