Attendees are responsible for their room charges at the Omni Louisville. M3 has negotiated a special rate of $269/night plus applicable taxes & fees during the meeting. The rate is the same for single or double occupancy. If you choose to arrive early or stay late, the negotiated hotel rates will be good for three days pre-meeting, provided the hotel has space available.
First night's room and tax will be charged to your credit card to guarantee the room.
Cancellation policy: Reservations may be canceled up until 72 hours prior to arrival without penalty.
Guests departing the hotel prior to your confirmed departure date, will be assessed a charge of 100% of the rate of each remaining night including taxes and fees.
