How do I register for TAI Summit?

STEP 1: Visit the "Register" tab at the top of this page. You will be automatically directed to registration. 

STEP 2: Complete the online registration form using your work email address. 

STEP 3: Receive email confirmation with the option of saving the sessions to your calendar. 

STEP 4: Make your hotel reservation by visiting the "Hotel" tab in the upper right corner of this page, and click on "Make Your Reservation."

 

How much does TAI Summit cost to attend, and is there a limit on how many can attend from my company?  Can I bring a guest?

$800 per attendee, $250 per guest (social events only) 

Please note that if your company participates in the TAI Maintenance Program, your annual maintenance fee may cover the cost of your TAI Summit registration under “prepaid registration.” The number of prepaid registrations allotted to your company is specified in your Maintenance Agreement. Registrations over that allotted amount will be invoiced in the coming weeks. If you are unsure how many prepaid registrations your company has, please reach out to us at info@taire.com.

Guests are welcome to join the social events held on Tuesday, May 7, and Thursday, May 9. You will need to register your guest(s) during registration. A payment link will be forthcoming. Please note that we cannot accomodate adding guest(s) to your registration on-site. Thank you for your understanding. 

 

Will the TAI Summit be offered virtually?

The TAI Summit will take place in person and we hope you are able to join us in Louisville, Kentucky.

 

Where will the social events be held?

The Tuesday evening welcome reception will be held at the Omni Louisville Hotel, from 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. Join us for cocktails and light appetizers before enjoying dinner on your own. The Thursday evening cocktail and dinner event will be held at Churchill Downs (transportation will be provided). 

 

How do I book a meeting on Wednesday with TAI staff?

Book a meeting during registration and let us know what you'd like to discuss. We will be in touch following registration to confirm the details. 

 

Can I make changes to my registration?

Yes, you can make changes until Friday, April 26. You will receive a confirmation email when you register, with the option to modify your registration.  

 

Will there be a TAI Summit event mobile app?

Yes! We will make the app available a week before the TAI Summit. You will be able to view the agenda, speakers, attendees, and much more. Stay tuned for more information. 

 

What is the meeting attire? What is the attire for the social events?

The attire for the meeting is business casual. Please note, it can be difficult to control the temperature in the hotel meeting rooms. We suggest packing an additional layer.

The attire for the Welcome Reception on Tuesday is causal.

The attire for Churchill Downs is Smart Casual (Do's: Vests, shirts with collars, sweaters, dresses, pantsuits, dress jeans, dress shorts and slacks are appropriate. Don'ts: Cargo shorts, t-shirts, crop or midriff tops, athletic wear, swim wear, frayed or torn denim or shorts, and tennis shoes are considered inappropriate attire.)

 

Are there items that are not permitted at Churchill Downs?

Yes. Please do not bring any of the following items: 

  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Backpack, duffle bags and luggage
  • Balloons and inflatables
  • Banners and/or signs unless pre-approved
  • Cameras with detachable lenses, or equipped with a lens 6″ or larger
  • Canopies, tents and tarpaulins
  • Cans (any size or type), glass bottles or containers
  • Chairs
  • Confetti
  • Coolers
  • Drones and remote controlled aircraft
  • Fireworks, Noise Makers, Air horns, Laser Lights/Pointers or Pepper Spray
  • Food & Beverages
  • Grills
  • Hoverboards, skateboards and scooters
  • Illegal Substances
  • Personal music players without headphones, portable speakers/sound systems
  • Pets, except for trained service animals
  • Picnic or beach umbrellas
  • Poles or sticks of any size
  • Projectile items, balls or frisbees
  • Selfie Sticks
  • Thermoses
  • Wagons
  • Weapons (including knives and cigar cutters)
  • Any items deemed dangerous and/or inappropriate
