I indicated in MEG registration that I’d like a complimentary NRA Show badge. When will I receive instructions on how to obtain my badge?

Instructions will be sent on Fridays starting April 19th. Information will come from meetings@restaurant.org. Please check your spam folder or email meetings@restaurant.org if you do not receive information before you arrive at MEG.

What should I pack?

Attire is business casual and jeans are ok. Attendees do have the opportunity during meals & breaks to have a professional headshot taken. We recommended a bright color or a subtle pattern to wear in your photograph.

I’m driving to MEG. Do you validate parking at the Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel?

Parking validation is not available.

Will any of the sessions be recorded for later viewing?

No, session recordings will not be available.

Will speaker presentations be available to attendee’s post conference?

Yes, speaker presentations will be shared via email within two weeks of the conclusion of MEG.

I registered for my complimentary NRA Show badge. Can I get my pickup my Show badge at MEG?

All badges must be picked up at McCormick Place in the South Building - Room S102, Lakeside Center - Level 2 Lobby or one of the remote hotel locations: Chicago Marriott Mag Mile, Chicago Sheraton Grand, Hilton Chicago, or Hyatt Regency Chicago.

Are offsite events included within my registration fee?

Yes, your conference registration fee includes all offsite event admission, including the After Party at SPIN on Wednesday, and the Marketing Celebration on Thursday night.

How do I stay connected to the marketing community year-round?

If you are an operator and a member of the National Restaurant Association (or a member of your local State Restaurant Association), you can join our community platform, Restaurants Connect. Restaurants Connect provides the opportunity to engage, network and connect with other restaurant industry professionals. Where will MEG be held in 2025?

MEG will be held May 14-16, 2025, at the Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park.
