This event starts the evening of May 7th and ends the afternoon of May 9th, 2024.  Registration includes welcome reception, conference, meals and snacks, and all course materials.

The women's leadership conference presented by Mesa Fire and Medical Department is an exciting opportunity for women in the fire service to strengthen leadership skills, empower change, and build professional support networks. Speaker and discussion topics will focus on challenges being faced by sworn and professional women working in the fire service. Topics include leadership, women's health, resilience, and creating a legacy.

While most content of this conference is geared towards female fire fighters, both sworn and professional women are invited to attend this exciting and empowering event.
