What is the NextGen Leader Track?
We invite all member firms to participate in this special NextGen Leader Track of the Spring 2024 International Conference in Nashville. In addition to being able to attend our regular conference sessions and networking activities at a discounted price, participants in this track will have the unique opportunity to network and build relationships with other NextGen Leaders and Mentors throughout the TAG Alliances community. Below are the various “points” of the NextGen Leader Track. View the conference agenda for more details about each track “point.”

Additionally, participants in the NextGen Leader Track will receive special communications before and after the conference. NextGen Leaders will also receive a special ribbon on their conference name badge to increase their visibility and make networking with their NextGen Leader peers and Mentors easier.

Who is a NextGen Leader?
A NextGen leader is a younger partner or senior associate (approximately 45 years old or younger) who has been identified by their firm’s leadership to be part of the firm’s management, lead a practice/industry area, or serve as a future TAG Alliances Main Contact (not a current Main Contact before Nashville and never previously attended a TAG Alliances International Conference).

Special $250 Discount for NextGen Leaders
NextGen Leader participants will receive a $250 discount off their registration for the Nashville conference when their firm has at least one other regular attendee/registrant. This discount cannot be combined with the third-attendee discount.
