The iMpact Utah Pit Crew Challenge is an experiential learning event that incorporates pit stops as a tool for teaching the concepts of continuous improvement, efficiency, preparation and teambuilding. Using a combination of hands-on, experiential training with class room learning. You will learn and practice the techniques for a successful pit stop.  The friendly competition challenges each team to achieve greater success each time.

A unique and fun approach to learning continuous improvement, the Pit Crew Challenge is a teambuilding program that trains a team to work together and then tests their ability to continuously improve performance in a unique and exciting environment. Join us in “The Pit” as we coach you through a learning experience that will affect your organization long after the checkered flag is waved.

Primary Children's Hospital is a 289-bed hospital equipped to care for children with complex illness and injury and is the pediatric specialty teaching hospital for the University of Utah School of Medicine.

The Salt Lake City Clinic is a multi-specialty clinic that provides a broad spectrum of care, including primary care, dermatology, and women’s health services.

Layton Hospital is a 300,000-square-foot building that includes 43 beds, four operating rooms and in addition to surgical services offers a special care nursery, labor and delivery, gastrointestinal laboratory, inpatient care, emergency department, imaging services, physical therapy and rehabilitation services, retail pharmacy, infusion services and physicians’ offices The hospital also houses additional outpatient and follow-up services for Primary Children's Hospital.
