Guest room rates are based on single/double occupancy and currently subject to tax. The group rate will be honored three days pre/post meeting based upon availability.

Please note, since hotel booking is open earlier than normal, anyone who has not registered and paid by February 15, 2024 may be subject to having their hotel reservation cancelled to accommodate rooms for those approved to attend with paid registrations. We have a smaller hotel block than normal due to the location and want to ensure those approved to attend by their agencies have the first option to book hotel rooms.
