2nd Annual 3V's Innovation Awards Contest
In recognition of Art Mesher’s influential 3V’s Framework, CSCMP’s Supply Chain Xchange proudly announces the commencement of its 2nd Annual 3V's Innovation Awards Contest.
Mesher’s framework, known as "The 3 V’s of Supply Chain," has significantly impacted the discipline of supply chain management by emphasizing the importance of visibility, variability, and velocity.
Following the tremendous success of the inaugural contest, these contests will be hosted live by Mesher himself along with Rick Blasgen, former President and CEO of CSCMP, in the Innovation Theater at the EDGE 2024 Supply Chain Conference & Exhibition on Monday, September 30th.

How to Enter?
For the competition, each participating party will share their company’s best use of the 3V’s in supply chains today and their startup success story via the two separate Call for Papers linked below.
The 3 finalists selected in each category will be invited to attend EDGE 2024 in Nashville, Tennessee. Please note that you can submit an entry to both awards if applicable.

Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation email that your paper has been received.
Decision date: August 15, 2024
- We will contact the finalists on August 16th with a formal invitation to attend the EDGE conference in Nashville for the awards contest and the winners’ unveiling.
- Each finalist will receive a 7-minute session in our Innovation Theater to present their idea/startup.
- Each finalist’s theater presentation will be evaluated by an esteemed panel of judges.
- The winners will then be recognized and presented with their awards which will include:
- A one-year CSCMP Premier Membership
- A press release announcing their accomplishment will be sent to CSCMP, Supply Chain Xchange, and DC Velocity audiences.
- Presentations and announcements will be recorded and broadcast post-event to over 200,000 supply chain leaders through the prestigious supply chain & logistics magazines Supply Chain Xchange and DC Velocity
