Thank you for being so willing to participate as an Exhibit Booth Stop for Student Day.  The tour portion takes place from 12:30 PM - 3:30 PM. Each exhibitor can expect between 5 and 7 groups to stopy by for a quick tour. Groups will consist of nine students/faculty plus one tour guide.

To participate as an Exhibit Booth Stop, you will need to complete the registration form by Friday, February 16, 2024. 

Expectations:

• Your group interaction should last between 10-15 minutes (allowing 5 minutes for questions).
• Resumes should not be solicited during this time - students will have free time to revisit the floor in the afternoon.
• Be prepared to share the following:
  • Company profile.
  • The role you play within the material handling industry and supply chain. 
  • Description of specific customer applications, including examples of customer profiles. 
  • Career path opportunities in your company.
  • If possible, give them a demonstration, interactive activity, and/or giveaway.

Attendees and Tour Guides are randomly assigned. We are not able to accommodate specific requests for matching schools or students to specific Tour Guides. We thank you for your understanding.
